He joined GC Rieber in 1986 an has held the position of Group CEO since 1990. Rieber is Chairman of the Board for all companies in the GC Rieber Group. In addition he has been the President of NHO and Chairman of the board in Bergen Næringsråd and at Civita.
(b. 1972) MBA from NHH, Norwegian School of Economics. CFO at GC Rieber since 2008. Selvik posesses several internal and external board positions, including within several of the GC Rieber Groups's industrial companies.
(f. 1973) Bachelor degree in auditing from Høgskolen i Telemark. Karoline joined the GC Rieber Group in 2004 and has held the position of HR manager since 2014.
(b. 1967) B.Sc. Hon. in Computation from U.M.I.S.T, England and has studied Strategy and Management at (hele navnet) NTNU and NHH. He was appointed Chief Technology and Innovation Officer at GC Rieber in 2018. Harloff is a board member of several startup companies, including Bergen Robotics.
(b. 1977) MSc in Economics and Business Administration and MSc in Accounting and Auditing from NHH. Ytredal has worked with GC Rieber Shipping since 2007, first as Vice President Finance, from 2011 as CFO and from 2018 as CEO.

Instanes serves on several boards within the GC Rieber Group, and is Chairman of the Board at Kingsbay AS, at Hardangertun / Mikkelparken and is a board member at Stiftelsen Kirkens Bymisjon Bergen.
(b. 1962) Master of General Business from BI Norwegian Business School and MBA from Richard Ivey School of Business – Western University, Canada. He joined the Group as CEO of GC Rieber Salt in 2014, and holds several internal board positions.
(b. 1970) Master of Science from BI Norwegian Business School and Authorised Financial Analyst from NHH. He has held the role of CEO in GC Rieber Oils since 2010. Bjerkestrand serves on several boards internally and as a board member in NHO, Møre og Romsdal.
